Steven's career encompasses leadership roles in Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, and New Product Introduction roles in companies ranging in size from startups to Fortune 100, providing him a comprehensive understanding of global Operations across diverse company sizes and industries. In these roles he saved companies millions of dollars in supply chain and manufacturing costs while also reducing risk through creating and implementing new operational strategies. Immediately before forming Lustig Global Consulting, he served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain at East West Manufacturing, with P&L responsibility for multiple global sites and leadership of supply chain across 10 factories across multiple geographies.

 

Steven played a key role in the company’s high organic growth and in the acquisition and integration of 7 manufacturing companies and their 10 factories. As an Executive Committee member, he counseled the CEO on the company’s vision, mission, values, risk mitigation, and strategy. He minimized the company’s risk exposure by developing a comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan for 10 sites. Earlier at East West, he served as Vice President of Engineering which included launching new products and services.

He serves on the Boards of Directors of Mills Manufacturing and Loh Medical, also serving on Risk, Compensation, and Succession committees, while mentoring company executives. Steven serves as President and on the Board of Directors of the investment group Atlanta Technology Angels.
