Steven's career path has taken him through a variety of Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management, and New Product Introduction roles in companies ranging in size from startups to Fortune 100. Immediately before forming Lustig Global Consulting, he served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain at East West Manufacturing, with P&L responsibility for multiple global sites and leadership of supply chain across 10 factories across multiple geographies.

Steven played a key role in the company’s high organic growth and in the acquisition and integration of seven manufacturing companies and their ten factories. As an Executive Committee member, he counseled the CEO on the company’s vision, mission, values, risk mitigation, and strategy. He reduced the company’s risk exposure by creating a Disaster Recovery Plan for all sites and initiating the company’s first Sustainability Team. Earlier at East West, he served as Vice President of Engineering which included launching new products and services.

He serves on the Board of Directors of Loh Medical and its Risk Assessment Committee, which he recommended creating.  He also advised the company’s Supply Chain Director on her proposal to the Board for improving the company’s cash conversion cycle. Steven serves as President and on the Board of Directors of the investment group Atlanta Technology Angels.
